I am a new resident to the Big Island, having moved here from Houston, Texas. In 2017 I purchased a hillside lot near Keauhou with the intention of moving here within a year or two. Unfortunately, building a home here is not a quick and easy process, made even slower by the pandemic. The good things in life do not come easy, but I can honestly say it has all been worthwhile.

What’s not to like about a place where the weather is almost perfect year-round, and where virtually any direction you look you see scenery fit for a postcard. Also, a very pleasant surprise has been the true “Aloha Spirit” I have experienced from people everywhere I go. People are friendly and want to chat. The pace of life here is perfect for those who finally have their chance to escape the daily grind of urban life. Time to enjoy incredible sunsets, great beaches, world class golf, hiking, biking, fishing surfing and more.... Now, is your time.

I have owned and operated a commercial real estate brokerage in Houston since 2000 and still represent my Houston clients from the comfort of my new home in Hawaii.
